READY stands for: REcognising Approaching Dying.

We want to find out how doctors, families and carers can know that a person has palliative or end of life care needs – especially if the person will die from something other than cancer or dementia.

This is a 2 year study (2024-2026) is funded by Marie Curie and led by Professor Stuart Todd at the University of South Wales. My team at Kingston University is leading the co-production aspect of the study.
